With over three decades of leadership in technical logistics, field operations, and emergency services, Phil founded Raven 1 Aerial LLC to bring a new level of precision and reliability to aerial data services. Building on a legacy of performance in high-stakes environments, Raven 1 Aerial is uniquely positioned to deliver mission-critical drone solutions with the same trust, discipline, and hands-on expertise that have defined our past. 

Phil brings a rare combination of FAA certification, advanced UAS training, and real-world flight operations experience. His training through Clemson University’s Drone Operations Program includes FAA Part 107 preparation, UAS Thermography, AI-integrated mission planning, and NIST-compliant flight operations. 

He holds the following credentials:
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot & Private Pilot
- UAS Level 1 Thermographer – Clemson University
- AUVSI Trusted Operator Program – Levels 1, 2, 3
- APSA BPERP Certification – NIST sUAS Standards
- Firefighter I & II, HazMat, CPR Certified
- Construction & Electrical Safety Certified
